  1. Dear Superintendent Tesoro,

I hope this message finds you well.

Please kindly let me introduce myself, my name is Melinda Vecseri. I am the Programme Director for Security Seminars at the Galilee Management Institute in Israel.

I have read your blog and I am very impressed by your dedication and open-mindedness towards Correctional Services. At the Galilee Management Institute, for many years now, we organise an annual International Prison Management and Rehabilitation Seminar discussing the newest approaches within this field. I would be honoured, if I could send you a formal invitation to our Seminar together with the detailed curriculum. The Seminar will be held in 19-30 July, 2012 in Israel.

Please find here my email address and the website of our College.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Have a nice week.

    Best regards,

    Melinda Vecseri

    • Madam Melinda, greetings. It is with great honor to have been appreciated by an expert in criminal justice administration and to think that it came from a country I have been dreaming of visiting. I have read the book of Dan Senor and Saul Singer on Start-Up Nation and Life magazine on Holy Land; and I have longed to see Israel up close and of course the Holy Land. Of course, it is a dream until your communication came by. I am a prison administrator assigned in the second biggest prison facility in my country and I have been using Israeli principles in some of our prison programs, especially those pertaining agriculture and a sprinkle of security. I look forward for your invitation. My official address is P/Supt IV Venancio J. Tesoro, Davao Prison and Penal Farm, Dapecol Receiving Office, Bajada St., Davao City, Philippines. My email address is vjtesoro@yahoo.com. Thank you so much and more power.
